La Rachi follow the rythm of the garden
This suite, made of three adjoining rooms facing the garden, is illuminated by the sun and follows the seasons through the windows.
It used to be the bedroom of the stained glass Master, or more exactly his apartment, including his cozy bedroom that still has its beautiful mouldings and richly ornate golden mirror with acanthus leaves. Next to the bedroom, you will find the perfect private living room to read your book and enjoy a cup of tea. The bathroom is equipped with a roll top bath overlooking the garden.
2 persons - bath - king size bed (200x200) - cot on request
UN PEU D'HISTOIRE
RACHI DE TROYES
In the 11th century, in the shadow of the cathedral, the district Saint Frobert was the Jewish quarter which benefited from the spirit of tolerance of Henry the liberal, count of Champagne, founder of the fairs of champagne.
It is probably in this neighborhood that lived and studied Rashi de Troyes, the most famous biblical exegete of Judaism.
These comments, always associated with the sacred text in the Torah, are still today, throughout the world, a living reference of Jewish thought.
